The Children & Youth Protection Office is located at the Diocesan Administration Center in Hollidaysburg. Sister Donna Marie Leiden is the coordinator of the program. Betsy Chilcote is the secretary of the program. 

We urge anyone who has been abused or knows of an incident of sexual abuse by members of the clergy, religious or lay staff of the diocese to report the abuse to the proper authorities. We also invite them to come to us for support and assistance in their healing.

Allegation Review Board
Established on April 27, 2002 as the Allegation Review Committee, its name was amended to correspond with the Charter for the Children & Youth Protection adopted by the USCCB on June 14, 2002.
